Gigi Instructive, LLC does not own or operate aircraft. Gigi Jets acts as a Broker between its Clients and Charter Operators. The Charter Operators own, maintain, and operate the aircraft that Gigi Jets’ Clients hire for transport.

All Operators are licensed, certified and operate under FAA and DOT regulations or or their foreign Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) equivalent. The Operators exercise full operational control of all flights. Gigi Jets acts solely as an Agent and Broker in arranging flights on Client’s behalf as defined by DOT 14 CFR Part 295.
